Early this morning I visited the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. The tulips were mesmerizing. So much beauty everywhere I looked!

Finding Beauty…

EVERYWHERE!!!

“The earth is full of thresholds where beauty awaits the wonder of our gaze.”
John O’Donohue, Divine Beauty: The Invisible Embrace

“THE BEAUTY OF THE EARTH IS THE FIRST BEAUTY. MILLIONS OF years before us the earth lived in wild elegance. Landscape is the first-born of creation. Sculpted with huge patience over millennia, landscape has enormous diversity of shape, presence and memory.”
John O’Donohue, Divine Beauty: The Invisible Embrace

“The earth is our origin and destination. The ancient rhythms of the earth have insinuated themselves into the rhythms of the human heart. The earth is not outside us; it is within: the clay from where the tree of the body grows.” ― John O’Donohue, Divine Beauty: The Invisible Embrace

“Beauty is the illumination of your soul.”
John O’Donohue, Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom

“Each of us is an artist of our days; the greater our integrity and awareness, the more original and creative our time will become.”
John O’Donohue, To Bless the Space Between Us: A Book of Blessings

“May you experience each day as a sacred gift woven around the heart of wonder. ”
John O’Donohue, Eternal Echoes: Celtic Reflections on Our Yearning to Belong

“When one flower blooms spring awakens everywhere”
John O’Donohue

“Nature is the direct expression of the divine imagination.”
John O’Donohue, Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom

“Human skin is porous; the world flows through you. Your senses are large pores that let the world in. By being attuned to the wisdom of your senses, you will never become an exile in your own life, an outsider lost in an external spiritual place that your will and intellect, have constructed.”
John O’Donohue, Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom

“When our eyes are graced with wonder, the world reveals its wonders to us. There are people who see only dullness in the world and that is because their eyes have already been dulled. So much depends on how we look at things. The quality of our looking determines what we come to see.”
John O’Donohue, Beauty: The Invisible Embrace

“Take time to see the quiet miracles that
seek no attention”
John O’Donohue

“I would love to live like a river flows,
carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.”
John O’Donohue

“Keep Something Beautiful in your Heart to Survive Difficult Times and Enjoy Good Times.”
John O’Donohue, Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom

May you walk in beauty.
