I decided to participate in Susannah Conway’s December Reflections and share the photos I take — hopefully each day but I’m letting my heart decide how often I photograph and share. There are no rules here and no shoulds. While I am no longer on Facebook, I plan to post most of my photos each day on Instagram and here in my blog.
Today the photo prompt was “Morning Light.” This is Gracie in my lap as I sit down to meditate. She joins me here in this chair almost every day, looking out the window at the pine tree outside. Sometimes the birds and squirrels entertain her here. While I work hard to meditate, Gracie is present in every moment. I could learn a lot from her.
