Life is short so you may as well live out loud while you’re here. Why not switch from “what will people think” to “I am enough”?

Sing out loud – dance around the kitchen – hug someone you love – play a game – give something away – wear purple and red – say what you think – do at least one thing you love today – say “Hello” to a stranger – when someone asks you how you are, tell them, really, how you are – smell a flower – notice the sky – skip down the hall – draw a picture.

Yesterday I met up with an amazing group of women from Minnesota who are all taking the Business Soul Sessions online class. I was so inspired by each story I heard. In spite of obstacles and challenges (or maybe because of obstacles and challenges), each woman was seeking to create a business doing what she loves. Inspire yourself today – do something you love!
