Dancing is one of the best things I do for myself. When I need to get up and move, there’s nothing better than putting on some music and dancing with it. I like to think of my life as a dance—sometimes slow and easy, sometimes fast and frenetic—always changing.
When I’m sad it helps to move the sadness by moving my body. When I’m happy it helps to express my joy by dancing. Whether you really get up and dance or just see your life as a dance is up to you.
