Lilac leaves

Lilac leaves beginning to open

I am celebrating the wonder of the incredibly warm weather we have been having in the middle of March in Minnesota! For the past two nights I’ve left the windows open all night and awakened to the sounds of birdsong in the morning. Ahhhh…

I know lots of folks are worrying about what this surprising weather portends. I too feel unease every so often. But more than that I am breathing in each moment and savoring it. Let tomorrow bring what it will. Today I feel the breeze on my skin and the warmth of the sun in my face and it is good.
