Wild Altars
In 2017 I spent March – May living in a cabin in the woods near Ely, Minnesota. During my stay there I photographed the north woods as winter slowly turned to spring. I was fascinated by little scenes that nature created that appeared to me as Wild Altars. When I returned home from the North Woods I created a book and video titled Wild Altars.

With the help of a dear friend who is a musician, I created a video using photographs from my Wild Altars series of photographs. The video is a great meditation tool or invitation to slow down and savor the beauty of nature.
