Thanksgiving Gratitude

A second post today to celebrate Gratitude on Thanksgiving Day! We spent a quiet Thanksgiving today at home with just my husband, my youngest daughter, and myself.  While Jon finished raking leaves in the back yard on an unseasonably warm Thanksgiving day, I prepared our afternoon Thanksgiving meal while contemplating gratitude and love.  How fortunate I am to have a home, family, plenty of food, and joy in my life.  How lucky to be preparing a meal for those I love in this home that shelters and nourishes me.
