There’s no other word for it. Walking around the neighborhood right now makes me feel like the world is

LUSH

Scents of blooming trees waft through the air. Crab apples, red buds, and many other bushes and trees are in full luscious blossom. As I was mowing the front yard yesterday I smiled and hummed to myself as the scents of new mown grass and our next door neighbor’s gorgeous crab apple tree mingled and drifted through the air.

On days like this I think of the song, “How Can I Keep From Singing?” So I looked around and found this beautiful rendition of it on YouTube, featuring the NYC Virtual Choir and Orchestra.

What a truly joyful way to greet this beautiful spring day. May you be kind to yourself and to everyone you meet today. And may you experience the lushness of the nature.

May you walk in beauty.

Note: Photos in today’s post are of my neighbor’s luscious crab apple tree in bloom.
