Today’s prompt for December Reflections 2018 is Yellow. The color yellow makes me smile. When I was a girl I got to pick the color for painting my bedroom walls. I chose pale buttercup yellow.

Yellow is a cheerful color and can be found throughout nature. It’s one of the 3 primary colors and plays a big part in any paint palette. As I was reviewing my photos from 2018 for the color yellow I found yellow flowers, leaves, butterflies and more. But I was struck by how often the color yellow showed up in my Makers’ Hands series photos from the year.

Because I love seeing makers making things I decided to share some yellow makers’ hands images.
