I found this fun video today of walking on a Non-Newtonian Fluid Pool.  And then I remembered the Thích Nhãt Hanh quote about what a miracle it is to walk on earth.

It helped me let go of the January blues (we’re in the deep-freeze here in Minnesota again this week) and move once again into a state of gratitude.  When I focus on gratitude I start noticing the beauty and the miracles. Here’s my gratitude list for the day:
