Quote of the day: “What we call the secret of happiness is no more a secret than our willingness to choose life.” ~Leo Buscaglia
We’ve been fighting off a flu bug this week and both my husband and I have been sneezing, blowing, aching our way through our days. Even though it is not how I planned to spend my week, I find I’m happy. Choosing gratitude, accepting what is, being full in each moment, leaves me full of happiness. In this time of New Year’s resolutions and goals, I find goal-lessness refreshing and healing. Let my heart choose each day, not my head. Intention, gratitude, simplicity, beauty, and play fill my life with joy.
May your day be full of gratitude, grace, and happiness.
