Friday morning I went to the Como Park Conservatory in St. Paul to soak up the moist tropical atmosphere there. Greens of all shades soothed me while the warm moist air hugged me.  Bright flowers lifted my mood and filled me with joy.

There is something soothing about nature and green things growing, even if it is under glass and outside all is still covered with white.

Green medicine
