Quote of the day: “but BEing time is never wasted time. When we are BEing, not only are we collaborating with chronological time, but we are touching on kairos, and are freed from the normal restrictions of time.” ― Madeleine L’Engle, Walking on Water: Reflections on Faith and Art

When the weather warms up, Minnesotans head outside. What a glorious day! The temperature is above 40 degrees for the first time in 2014!

This morning I headed to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum to wander and make photographs in the mild winter sunlight. So many people were renting snoeshows and heading for hikes in the woods. Tomorrow, weather permitting, I’m going back to try snowshoeing for my first time.
