Quote of the day: “People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaningful life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive…so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.”  — Joseph Campbell

What makes you feel alive?  For me, it’s little things like noticing the beauty all around me, dancing to my favorite tune, seeing a baby smile, spending quiet time with good friends, and making photographs.  Today, I salute the small things in life that bring us rapture.  Here are a few photos I made while experiencing “the rapture of being alive.”
